Job Description - Dynamics Support Engineer

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Dynamics Support Engineer to join our IT team.  

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to support the transition of Microsoft’s Dynamics Platform to BAU support by the central IT team.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for IPC/F&O customer tickets, managing their expectations and resolving any issues they report ensuring a right first-time resolution. 

  • Managing your own work flow and administrative tasks in line with client SLAs including triaging and routing complex tickets to the appropriate delivery teams. 

  • Working closely with the Dynamics Solutions Analyst and F&O Product Owner, ensure that knowledge articles are complete and updated in a timely manner. 

  • To take ownership and responsibility for all incoming customer tickets, identifying customers needs and using appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions.  

  • Engage with the Dynamics Solution Analyst and Team System Super Users to share insights from the tickets and identify training needs.  

  • Assisting with the rest of the Raven IT team with day to day IT support for example joiners, movers and leavers, hardware replacements etc. 

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

  • Expert knowledge of the MS Dynamics Platform iProperty Cloud but not limited to configuration, BPFs and integration  

  • Proven experience in an IT support role on a service desk or similar   

  • ITIL processes and best practice  

  • Managing stakeholders with differing and often conflicting priorities in a high pace change environment  

  • Time management and independent thinking  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
