Job Description - Estate Cleaner

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for an Estate Cleaner to join our Estates Cleaning team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to all Raven Housing Trust communal areas both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a high quality Estate Cleaning service but undertaking all aspects of general daily cleaning duties throughout communal areas, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, and more.

  • To confidently operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.

  • To meet required company standards whilst procedures and policies are adhered to.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • A basic understanding of cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.

  • A full, clean, driving licence, as this role requires travel to various Raven properties.

  • The ability to work independently, and to communicate with others as and when required.

  • Experience of being an effective team member with a flexible approach.

  • The ability to use modern communication technology and IT.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
