 Job Description - Electrical Team Leader

What you’ll achieve in the role:

 

The overall purpose of this role is to ensure safety and certification for all electrical works and testing at Raven, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team of Electricians.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • To carry out NICEIC compliance audits on Electrical/Emergency lighting/Fire Alarms/door entry. Ensure NICEIC regulations are met across the service including related documentation.

  • To carry out pre-inspection requests to identify works required, including ordering and delivery of materials.

  • To support the Electrical Manager in ensuring that the cycle of electrical testing is completed to programme, cost and quality; ensuring appointments made are met and completed right first time by staff.

  • To ensure staff are trained and developed have monthly one to ones, appraisals, and a personal development plan, as well as providing support for general issues of their team members.

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Essential qualifications, including C&G 2360 Parts 1& 2 or 2330 Parts 2 & 3, or equivalent; C&G Electrical NVQ3; and C&G Latest BS 7671 Qualifications.

  • Experienced people manager with a track record of leading and developing a fast-paced team.

  • Ability to advise trade staff and contractors about technical repairs solutions.

  • A full, clean driving licence (transport provided)

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
