Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join our Voids team.  

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties. 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • To deliver a quality cleaning service whilst undertaking all cleaning duties, such as sweeping, hoovering, dusting, and more.

  • To operate cleaning equipment and using cleaning materials in line with Health and Safety requirements.

  • To follow up on areas of dissatisfaction, whilst providing a response to residents and staff and taking actions to prevent re-occurrences.

  • To use the handheld IT device to record work completed, from receiving jobs through to completion. 

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

  • Experience of working in a cleaning roles with a good understanding of health and safety.

  • The ability to maintain consistency in standards and to provide the highest possible standard of service.

  • The ability to use modern communication technology and IT devices.

  • A full, clean driving licence

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
