Job Description - Repairs Team Leader

What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to line manage and supervise of a team of multi-skilled operatives in delivering a quality, responsive repairs service for our social housing repairs service.
Key responsibilities include:
To support the Service Delivery manger by carrying out inspections of works, ensuring remedial action is taken where standards not achieved, including providing constructive feed-back to Trades staff regarding quality of work.
To carry out pre-inspection requests to identify works required, including ordering and delivery of materials.
To support the Scheduling and planning team in ensuring appointments made are met and completed right first time by the Trades staff.
To line manage and supervise a team of multi-skilled operatives in delivering a quality, responsive repairs service for our social housing repairs service and relevant commercial works.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Able to demonstrate experience and expertise in the construction industry
Experience Diagnosing repairs and instructing works
Good knowledge of modern technology and IT, including bespoke systems and Office 365
An assertive and pro-active approach to resolving technical and people issues and identifying improvements or resolutions
A full, clean driving licence

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
