Job Description - Tenancy Enforcement Officer

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join our Tenancy Enforcement team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to lead on managing a case load of anti-social behaviour (ASB), neighbour dispute cases and hoarding, with a focus on prevention, management and enforcement of tenancy breaches and community impact caused by neighbourhood issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To manage ASB cases, ensuring targets and deadlines are met

  • To identify and respond to tenancy breaches and work with the Tenancy Enforcement Manager to make appropriate decisions regarding case management.

  • To be the organisations lead team for enforcement and ASB management

  • To support the Tenancy Enforcement Manager to manage and improve policies and procedures

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and the associated tools and powers.

  • Extensive working knowledge of civil proceedings, including preparing statements for use in these proceedings

  • Experience of dealing with crime and/or anti-social behaviour casework, including assessment of complaints, investigation and collation of legal files.

  • Ability to us modern communication technology and IT, including bespoke software and Microsoft 365.

  • A full, clean driving licence

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
