Job Description - Multi Skilled Plasterer

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs and improvement works to Raven properties and other customers as part of a multi-skilled trades team to deliver a customer-focused, outstanding service.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out a range of plastering works in occupied and empty properties in line with legislative and performance standards.
To carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to determine the level of maintenance, repair, or installation required.
Complete other tasks, such as minor carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and redecoration.
Undertake administrative duties, including using the handheld IT device to accurately and efficiently record updated on all on-site processes.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
City & Guilds/NVQ Trade Qualified, and/or relevant skills and experience.
Competent in all areas of plastering with a good understanding of health and safety and how it applies to the role.
Ability to manage a varied workload whilst providing the highest possible standard of service.
The ability to use modern communication technology and IT to a good standard.
A full, clean driving licence

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
