  • Demonstrating and maintaining effective communication between trades operatives and our customers.

  • Ensuring that projects are seen through to their end, coordinating the operatives across the contractors and trades to ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience of working in a busy environment, preferably with experience and /or knowledge of social housing and/or contractor background

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems swiftly

  • Previous experience of using a housing management/resource scheduling system.

  • Proven organisation and administration experience and skills with a strong attention to detail
