What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery of services ensuring that all grounds maintenance, cleaning, and estate management activities are carried out, whilst leading and managing a fast-paced team.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the team to ensure that work is planned effectively and in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and Building Safety legislation, to ensure customer satisfaction with Ravens Estate services.
Lead on Health & Safety for the team, contractors, customers and the wider public through management of procedures, plant, materials, training and equipment.
Represent Raven at external forums and meetings to develop excellent relationships with partners and local community.
Line manage and lead the team and support them to provide supervision, ensuring excellent performance management against clear and measurable targets and tackling poor performance.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Experience of policy and procedure writing, to ensure delivery of Ravens aims.
Knowledge and working experience of health and Safety, and Building Safety Management
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Managing a diverse team to cover all aspects on contract management
A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
