 Job Description - Multi Skilled Operative

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

 

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs or improvements as required, both to Raven properties and other customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out a range of works in occupied and empty properties, in line with legislative and performance standards.

  • To carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to determine the extent of the repair, maintenance, or installation required.

  • To carry out administrative work using the handheld IT device to record all jobs through to completion.

  • To drive and operate the Raven vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ qualified, or demonstrable skill and experience.

  • Sufficiently competent in all aspects of multi skilled works in a strong customer-focused environment.

  • The ability to use modern technology and IT.

  • A full, clean driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
