Job Description - Income Assistant

What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Income team by providing administrative duties, providing support to Income team colleagues to manage issues relating to rent and arrears, and to take ownership of low-level arrears cases and garage arrears.
Key responsibilities include:
To support the Income Officers in managing issues relating to rent and arrears, helping customers to sustain their tenancies.
Provide administrative support for the Income Team by organising eviction prevention appointments, sending court letters, scanning incoming letters, and sending early intervention and ad-hoc communication to customers (amongst other things).
Provide administrative support for the Income Team by monitoring incoming team emails and tasks and passing these onto the relevant team member.
Manage a portfolio of low-level garage arrears cases to ensure cases are consistently reducing; proactively contacting customers and complying with arrears processes and procedures to apply a consistent approach to arrears management.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style and tone.
Strong IT skills, including use of Outlook, Office 365, and other systems.
Experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent customer service
Previous experience of providing administrative support.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
