Job Description - Home Ownership Coordinator

Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We’re also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future.

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Coordinator to join our Home Ownership team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain and support development of Raven’s management service provided by the Home Ownership Team to current and prospective homeowners, ensuring that home owners and commercial customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of day to day operations of all home ownership administration services, including general legal enquiries and enquiries before sale.

  • Monitoring team tasks and call backs, ensuring they are responded to within our timeframes.

  • Assisting with management and coordination of annual Residents Meetings for our sheltered schemes.

  • Monitoring, identifying, and recovering low-level debt owed by home owners.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • A basic knowledge and understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong experience of administrative work and tasks, including data entry and drafting letters.

  • Strong experience of interacting with customers over the telephone, email, and face to face.

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.

What Raven will offer in return:

To create a great experience for our customers, we need to create a great experience for one another. What Raven offers goes beyond the ordinary, giving you the opportunity to join a community of people who share the same values and are passionate about making a difference.

Our reward package includes:
