Job Description - Commercial Lettings and Administration Manager

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Commercial Lettings and Administration Manager to join our Assets Team. 

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced office property portfolio. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee the entire commercial lettings process, from advertising available properties to conducting viewings and negotiating lease agreements.

  • Ensure that all properties are rented quickly and efficiently, reducing vacancy times.

  • Prepare and manage lease contracts, renewals, and terminations in compliance with legal standards.

  • Liaise with prospective tenants, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information about properties. 

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

  • A strong understanding of commercial leasing practices and property management regulations.

  • The ability to clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders and ensure all layers of the commercial lettings process are simplified, understood and complied with.

  • The ability to us modern communication technology and IT, including bespoke software.

  • Proven experience in commercial property lettings or property management.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
